Learning Self-Defence at Dragon Taekwondo

Our Grade 9 Health and Physical Education students participated in a 4-day seminar at Dragon Taekwondo Academy in Oakville. The students were really excited to pick up new skills and learn more about the sport.

Students learned that taekwondo not only contributes to the development of strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, and coordination. Your confidence builds as you improve your skills, see your progress, and accomplish your personal goals.
