Little Canada, Our Home and Miniature Land

Students in 6th grade visited Little Canada in Toronto as part of an experiential learning trip. The vastness of Canada, its stories, history, culture, and what makes it unique were all discovered by the students as they journeyed through the miniature destinations.

Students were fascinated by the attention to detail in each replica, enjoyed viewing Little Niagara’s magnificent waterfall, which is 50 linear feet wide, and loved learning more about the time and effort it took to bring these structures to life.

Did you know that painting every single brick on Little Parliament Hill by hand took over 3,000 hours?
