Wellness Week 2020

All week our students and staff have celebrated Wellness Week with focused activities, guest speakers and workshops. Each day our school community focused on different aspects of wellness, including mental health, physical health, nutritional health and ending with World Mental Health Day.

At the end of the week, our PYP students had the amazing opportunity to experience an interactive wellness workshop with Kate Kerr, while our Upper School students zeroed in on mindfulness and resilience with Ben Fanelli.
