Wellness Week 2021

All week our PYP students opened conversations around positive routines and habits that contribute to a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. While our upper-school students delved deeper into wellness techniques like active gratitude and expanded their learning with webinars and presentations on mental health.

Students enjoyed taking part in daily challenges, which ranged from movement and mindfulness activities to developing nutritious and healthy recipes. One of the highlights of the week was a Mindful Listening session led by Lisa Duranleau, Executive Director of MacLachlan College.
