The Grade 4 classes recently visited Mountsberg Conservation Area to connect their in-class learning to real-life experiences in their Habitats Unit of Inquiry.
Through hands-on activities, students explored various habitats, observing the plants and animals that thrive in each environment and learning about their unique adaptations for survival. This experiential learning opportunity deepened their appreciation for biodiversity and the interconnectedness of ecosystems.
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
