Martin Eidenberg serves as the Chair of the MacLachlan College Educational Foundation board. His background is in education and finance. He has been a Lecturer at the prestigious Ivey Business School at Western University since 2017, teaching fundamental business concepts in accounting, finance, marketing, operations, organizational behaviour, and strategy. Martin has also authored many business case studies through extensive field research and consultation with a wide range of businesses, including small entrepreneurial ventures, large companies operating nationwide, and not-for-profit organizations.
Martin also serves as a Faculty Director of the Leadership & Democracy Lab, an organization that provides experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students through political risk and leadership research. He also teaches the Finance & Accounting course in Western Continuing Studies’ Graduate Diploma in Human Resources program. Prior to teaching, Martin worked in the insurance industry after graduating from the Ivey Business School. He is excited to utilize his expertise and give back to the MacLachlan community.

Nicole Holland
With degrees in both health science and education, Nicole Holland understands the profound impact a strong education can have on positive health outcomes. She is honored to serve on the MacLachlan College Education Foundation Board, helping to create opportunities for families to attend MacLachlan College.
As an Ontario Certified Teacher, Nicole’s teaching career has taken her across Ontario, British Columbia, Australia, and Switzerland, giving her a global perspective on diverse education systems. She holds a Master of Arts in Child Study and Education, where her research focused on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Her passion for learning has led her back to the classroom as a PhD candidate, where she is researching autism spectrum disorder and social skill development.
Beyond the classroom, she is also a children’s author, dedicated to fostering curiosity and mindfulness in young readers. Her book, A Journey into the Mysterious Ocean: A Visualization Experience, encourages children to embrace their imagination while developing important mindfulness techniques.
Nicole looks forward to supporting initiatives that expand access to the transformative and enriching education provided at MacLachlan College.

Jessica Woodward
Jessica Woodward is a seasoned HR professional and operations leader with a passion for innovation, education, and people-first workplaces. She has built her career in the HR technology sector in Toronto, taking on diverse roles in human resources, operations, and marketing.
Beyond her corporate experience, Jessica is deeply involved in education. She teaches several courses in Western University's post-graduate Human Resources program, where she enjoys mentoring and shaping the next generation of HR leaders. Her work in the classroom reflects her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
Jessica is excited to bring her expertise to the MacLachlan College Educational Foundation. She believes in the power of education to create opportunities and is eager to support initiatives that help students thrive. With her background in HR, operations, and strategic planning, she looks forward to contributing to the foundation’s mission and impact.

Neharikka Viij
Secretary
Neharikka Viij is a corporate lawyer whose practice areas encompass corporate and commercial laws, labour and employment, and aviation laws, with a special emphasis on aviation contracts. She is an active member of the aviation law practice group and has undertaken comprehensive work with a leading international airline, addressing various aspects of their regular commercial operations and agreements with third parties across all of their operating jurisdictions. Neharikka has also provided assistance in corporate compliance matters for numerous companies. This has included advisory work on issues such as the appointment of directors, and auditors, issuance of shares, increases in authorized and paid-up share capital, the relocation of registered offices, amendments to Memorandum and Articles of association, and the maintenance of secretarial records.
Furthermore, Neharikka has experience conducting legal due diligence and offering guidance on labour and employment compliance for foreign companies looking to establish operations in India. In addition to her legal work, she is a prolific and enthusiastic writer, having authored two books, "Law and Technology" and "International Trade Law," published by Universal Law Publishing House, an imprint of LexisNexis. Despite her young age, Neharikka has demonstrated a strong commitment to her legal profession and a passion for writing.

Mike Li
Treasurer
Mike is a graduate of McGill University. Since 2005, Mike has been focused on helping small business owners maximize their after-tax wealth and gain a better understanding of the complex tax code. Before joining Jones Thomblison Mike worked with one of the “Big 4” and other regional firms. Mike received his CGA designation in 2011 and completed his CICA In-Depth course in 2012.
Outside of office hours, Mike enjoys spending time with his young family and giving back his knowledge to his community.
