  • Leadership Conference & Alumni Floor Hockey Tournament

    This annual tradition, which we are excited to reinvigorate since our last event pre-COVID, combines intellectual engagement with physical activity, making it a perfect way to connect with fellow alumni.

    The day will kick off with a series of engaging leadership talks, featuring distinguished speakers who will share insights on personal and professional growth. Afterward, we’ll hit the floor for some friendly competition in the Alumni Floor Hockey Tournament. This event is designed to appeal to a broad range of interests, offering a mix of thought-provoking discussions and active participation.

    Volunteer Opportunities:
    • Event Setup and Coordination: Help with setting up the venue, organizing materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    • Speaker Liaison: Assist with coordinating speaker schedules, introductions, and ensuring their needs are met.
    • Floor Hockey Tournament Officials: Volunteer as a referee, timekeeper, or scorekeeper to ensure fair play and keep the games running on schedule.
    • Registration and Check-in: Welcome attendees, manage registration, and provide information to participants.

  • Luxury Car Experience Fundraiser for the MacLachlan College Educational Foundation (MCEF) 

    Join us for an unforgettable day at the Luxury Car Experience Fundraiser, benefiting the MacLachlan College Educational Foundation (MCEF).

    This exclusive event offers a unique opportunity for participants to get behind the wheel of some of the world’s most luxurious and high-performance cars. Designed to appeal to our alumni, MAC families, and car enthusiasts, this event promises an exhilarating experience while supporting a great cause.     
     
    Volunteer Job Opportunities: 

    • Event Registration Team: Assist with check-in, distribute event materials, and provide information to attendees. 
    • Hospitality Crew: Support the catering team by serving refreshments, managing the lounge area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. 
    • Event Logistics: Assist with setting up and taking down event equipment, signage, and managing parking logistics.
    • Raffle Team: Sell raffle tickets, promote raffle prizes, and assist with the raffle draw during the event.
