Since joining MacLachlan College more than 30 years ago, Jacki has brought her unique perspective and breadth of educational experience to the MAC community. Her innovative approach to creating impactful learning programs benefits everyone through her active leadership and insightful direction.

First as a student, later as an educator, Ashleigh has been a long-standing member of the MacLachlan College community. Her tremendous passion for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, coupled with her leadership and communication skills, allows her to make meaningful contributions in both the administrative and curricular aspects of her role. Ashleigh is committed to best practices in teaching and learning, international-mindedness and sharing her love of life-long learning with the MAC community.

With more than 20 years’ experience as a teacher and Head of Student Services at MacLachlan College, Tracey brings an understanding of nurturing students’ academic and personal development with compassion and empathy to the Upper School leadership. She promotes the culture and the core values of the School by her commitment to relationship-building and participation in co-curricular activities. Tracey appreciates, now more than ever, the importance of developing strong, capable student leaders equipped with skills preparing them for the 21^stCentury.
