MacLachlan College's fees include the following: technology fee, all textbooks and most field trip costs. Some field trips may be the exception, as well as overnight trips. All Kindergarten Tuition Fees include a daily lunch.
Applications are welcome throughout the year; however, we encourage families to begin the application process well in advance of the school year they hope to enroll in.

New Students Only
- A non-refundable $250 application fee must accompany each application for admission.
- A one-time, non-refundable New Student Enrollment Fee of $3,000 (applicable for Grade 1 to Grade 12 enrollments) and the $3,000 Registration Deposit are payable when the offer of admission is accepted.
- The New Student Enrollment Fee is used for capital purposes at the discretion of the Board of Directors, as such at MacLachlan, parents are not asked to contribute annually for capital costs.

- The $3,000 Registration Deposit confirms a place is reserved for your child in September 2025. For returning students, the online Re-Registration Agreement and deposit are due by January 19, 2025 and are available on MPAC.
- A tuition discount is offered to families with three or more children enrolled at MacLachlan College.

- All Kindergarten Tuition Fees includes a daily lunch.
- The Extended Hours Program is available to all students in Kindergarten to Grade 6. The program hours are 7:30 a.m.– 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.– 5:30 p.m. Registration is required for this program as spaces are limited.
- Full Year Program Fees per child are as follows: Morning Only - $2,000 -- Afternoon Only $2,000 -- Both Morning and Afternoon $3,500.
- Child Care expenses: Some parents with children under 16 years of age may be eligible to claim a portion of school fees under the Child Care Expenses Deduction. Official tax receipts will be issued upon written request to our accounting department.
- Tuition Refund Policy:
- * IMPORTANT NOTE: The Registration Deposit and New Student Enrollment fee* (*Grades 1 -12) are non-refundable and are not included in the tuition refund percentages below.
- If a student's enrollment is withdrawn before, or during the school year, the following refund structure will apply:
- - 70% of tuition will be refunded if the student withdraws between the dates of July 1st through November 17th.
- - 40% of tuition will be refunded if the student withdraws between the dates of November 18th to March 1st.
- - 0% of tuition will be refunded after March 1st.
