A Taste of Quebec

2/28/2025

MacLachlan’s Grade 8 students recently wrapped up their Quebec Culture unit with a delicious and immersive celebration!

Thanks to our wonderful school food services, Angel Wings, students enjoyed 30 servings of poutine—Quebec’s iconic dish of fries, cheese curds, and gravy—while watching a classic French-language film about a Quebec hockey team.
