Our Grade 6 students went on an unforgettable three-day, two-night adventure at Camp Wanakita in Haliburton, Ontario! Surrounded by snow-covered forests and frozen lakes, developing teamwork, resilience, and leadership skills along the way.
Students had an incredible time engaging in snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, broomball on the ice, tubing, and cozy winter campfires, making the most of the beautiful Canadian winter landscape. These hands-on experiences help students build confidence, independence, and strong friendships, reinforcing the importance of learning beyond the classroom.
A huge thank you to the dedicated staff and leaders who made this trip such a success!
To prepare future-ready individuals, we need to share and instill common values across our school community and embed these values in everything we do.
