The Girls Hockey Development High Performance Program is designed for elite athletes who are determined to take their game to the next level and compete at the university or college level.

This program offers a comprehensive and supportive environment, providing the tools and training necessary to help players reach their full potential.

Credit-Bearing Hockey Training Course

For Grades 9 through 12, with at least 3 on-ice sessions per class week. Players will focus on skill development, hockey IQ, and game strategy to enhance their overall performance.
Elite On and Off-Ice Training

A blend of technical skill refinement, physical conditioning, and hockey-specific endurance training to ensure well-rounded player development.
Experienced Coaching Staff

Our coaches bring years of experience from the highest levels of hockey, offering expert guidance, mentorship, and personalized development plans.
Mental Performance Coaching

Mental resilience is key to succeeding at high levels. Our program includes mental performance coaching to help athletes strengthen their focus, build confidence, and develop leadership and character. This includes fostering skills like resilience, communication, respect, and teamwork— values essential both on and off the ice.
