High Performance Athletics
MacLachlan College offers a variety of varsity teams and specialized programs for students looking to take their athletic skills to the next level. Our programs aim to prepare students for opportunities in Provincial, National, International, University levels, and NCAA Athletics. Supporting their growth as athletes and individuals while continuing to expand our offerings.
Advanced Coaching for Competitive Success
Our High-Performance Athletics are launching in 2025 with advanced coaching and skill development in boys and girls hockey, CrossFit, and climbing, preparing athletes for competitive opportunities at Regional, Provincial, National, and International levels.
Many sports will be announced in the coming months as we engage our student body and build out additional programs to serve their needs. These programs cater to a variety of athletic interests, helping students develop the skills and mindset for success, with plans to expand into more areas as we grow.

Our academic program is designed to accommodate the unique demands of elite athletes. Facilities
Located at 2794 South Sheridan Way in Oakville, ON, our Upper School campus offers exceptional resources for athletes. Facilities include a dedicated weight and training room, a modern gym, and partnerships with top-tier training centers to support advanced training needs.
Strength and Conditioning
As a part of our High Performance programs, we use the foundations of CrossFit to enhance athletic performance through functional movements, high-intensity training, and strength development. This program supports high-performance athletes by improving speed, power, endurance, and injury prevention, ensuring they are primed for success in their respective sports. With expert coaching and a scalable approach, student-athletes at all levels can benefit from a structured training environment that builds resilience, agility, and overall fitness.
